If a Little Salt is Good...

The other day my wife started making some Kimchi by adding salt to cabbage -- lots of cabbage (like an entire kitchen full). She realized she had to run to the grocery store for some additional ingredients so she dropped everything and left. While she was gone Kai noticed that she had started the Kimchi and decided to help her finish... (One of the benefits of working for a salt company is that we tend to have a lot of salt at home). "Good thing!" thought Kai's little four year old mind as he proceeded to help Mom by adding what can only be described as a "very liberal" amount of salt to the cabbage... and the counter... and the sink... and the chairs... and the floor...

So my question is: Is the Kimchi still OK? Will there be enough to share? ;-)

Let's just say that the Kimchi was a casualty of Kai Adventures... Though I bet if you stop by sometime we could find a new batch...
